• Net stage area: 10 × 10 metres (stage floor: 13 metres wide, 14 metres deep)
• Retractable auditorium: 365 seats (retracts via push-chain system)
• Floor load stage area: 500 kg/m²
• Floor load under the seating: 700 kg/m²
• Black masking all around; legs at 10–12 metres, borders at 6 metres

• Gate clearance: 2.70 m high × 2.40 m wide (box vans and raised vans do not fit)
• Loading platform with hoist and trolleys (max 1,000 kg)
• 2× trolleys
